The Cheapest Stag Do Destinations
So it’s your task to organize a stag do abroad that combines a maximum amount of fun with a minimum amount of expenditure for the group. After all, the less you spend on flights and accommodation the more you get to spend on the stuff that really matters, like the wedding, gifts for the bride…oh, who are we kidding, we’re talking about booze, clubs, strippers! Taking the party to Eastern Europe offers some of the best value for money with considerable cost savings to be made for travelers, especially when you compare costs to keeping the party in the U.K.
While Eventhuse doesn’t offer trips to all of the following destinations, we want to help you make an informed decision when it comes to choosing a location for fun-filled frolics on your stag party abroad. Check out the chart below from the International Business Times website for more info regarding the cheapest places to party in Europe. But you should take the following information only at face value and read on below to find out more about what cost-cutting measures you can take to squeeze more value out of your stag party abroad.

Return Flight Cost
The amount of a return flight will make up the bulk of your total cost for any trip abroad. It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) that the earlier you book your travel plans, the cheaper the total cost of the flight. We suggest checking out a variety of websites to see how much the price of airfare can differ. Some of our favourite airfare websites include Momondo.com, Adioso.com, and Yapta.com.
However, remember that just because it’s cheap to fly to Barcelona doesn’t mean it won’t cost an arm and a leg to party there. Alternatively, it may cost from €149 for a return flight to Budapest but you’ll more than make up for that with pints of beer that are only €1.27. And check out flights to Bucharest – the cost of partying in the Romanian capital are equal to, if not cheaper than Bratislava. I guess the good folks at IBT missed that one. Plus Eventhuse has loads on offer in one of Europe’s newest and hottest destinations for a stag party abroad in Bucharest making it an attractive proposition for any stag do.
Next to airfare, the cost of accommodation in your chosen destination will eat up a large part of your budget. It may only cost €107 for a return flight to Magaluf, but you’ll fork out nearly half that amount for a single night in a dingy youth hostel. That’s a deal breaker in my book! In comparison, if you party with us in Krakow you can rent a 3-star apartment from €25 per person!
This one’s a no-brainer – why in the world would you pay €17.58 for entry into a nightclub in Barcelona when you pay nothing – yes, nada, zip, zero – for entry into a nightclub in Bucharest?
Most stag parties book with a stag do organizer because they have a vast database of providers from stag friendly hotels to nightclubs and activity sites – and Eventhuse is no exception. Booking your stag activities and accommodation with an event organizer often times leads to cheaper rates, which in turn allows you to party harder and for longer. Remember that cheap is not always the cheapest; a hotel 2 miles from the city centre may be cheaper than a city centre hotel. However, the cost of your cab into town may cost you time and money that you can ill afford. Check to see if minimum numbers apply for activities as this may affect the total cost. And last but definitely not least, remember to book everything early, from your flights, to the activities, to the food, to the accommodation – this will ensure you get the best deals at a price everyone can afford.
